• Custom Arm Models Untextured

To match the custom models I'm working with, I'm trying to make some new models for the arms. The model and rigging is all fine and good but for some reason, the arms are always untextured, aka purple and black. I had the arms use default tf2 textures and then I tried using custom textures (including the vmt and vtf). On top of it all, it seems anything under the weapons folder of tf2 isn't getting textured at all. The rockets for the Soldier are untextured and so are the Sniper's arrows. I'm even using the default decompiled files from the game and they're still purple and black. I've also been trying to re-rig weapons such as the battle battalion and concheror and all of their compiled models are untextured too. I didn't even tamper with the model or textures, they just keep appearing textureless. Any ideas?

I'll still take a look but I'm open for more input.
