You'll notice it when he says one of his old lines followed by his new. Pretty obvious to be honest.
I think all of the classes sounded a bit different in their domination lines except the soldier.

I'll take that you agree with me...
They only sound slightly different, and thats probably because of the timeframe between when the game was released and now. The guy has only done the voice those two times.

It sounds different because there's a significant amount of time between the time they recorded the first lines and now, and the voice actor probably can't do it exactly the same as they did in 2007.
Engie sounds a lot like Jim Cummings.
