So yeah, what the fucks going on? All my hats, weapons (old & new), and shit go back to unequipped classes.

Seriously, what the shit? It's only when I touch a cabinet does it stay like that (it might only go unequipped when I change weapons, i.e. Chargin Targe with the Scottish Resistance, and unequip all my weapons and hats).

Honestly, has the latest update broke this? I miss choppin' heads off with mah sword, and blowing people up with the Pickaxe taunt D:

tl;dr all hats/weapons go back to normal weapons and never change back if i touch a cabinet unless i change to another server even though i'm too lazy to test this theory

Steam cloud doesn't save this kind of stuff, it saves your config.

And your weapons too, including what's equipped. It IS a steam cloud fuckup, but it's more to do with the client mishandling Steam Cloud messages.

Oh this happened to me yesterday. I was a sniper and kept going back to the cabinet to get jarate and chuck it at people, when suddenly my jarate was gone and instead an smg in it's place. And I couldn't get my jarate equipped again!
