Recently I found a program to make animated GIFs with TF2, and I've made a couple of my own.
Go into a local server and open the console, then type this:
sv_cheats 1
thirdperson
thirdperson_mayamode *(This one allows you to move the positioning of the character but not move the camera, similar to the god awful camera in the God of War games for PS2)*
I used Fraps to record the video.
I used this program to convert the video files into GIFs

It puts a tiny watermark on the corner if you don't spend $20. I dfidn't buy it...yet, but I might.
Anyways, here's some of the ones I made already.

I was messing around with heavy in thirdperson, and I think his backwards minigun crouch walk looks strange as hell. Like he's doing that old fashioned Russian dance. With a Minigun.

This software is pretty easy when resizing though. I might just pay the $20 for the full version, hell, I've got money.
For those of you with Photoshop... no clue what version, you can go File > Import > Video Frames to Layers and it'll make the animation. Then just Save for Web and Devices to save the animated gif.

Can someone do the Heavy taunt with the shotgun, the Engy taunt with the pistol, and the Spy spycrab taunt with the disguise kit? A gif with two people stuck taunt stunning each other would be hilarious too.

Be warned though, Photoshop crashes for me if your image resolution is too high.
