Okay, I'm really fed up with these fucking TF2 crashes...
It's been about 8 months I've lived with TF2 chrashing at every fucking map change, and even randomly throughout games. There's no error message other than some stupid shit about the memory. At first I thought it was a problem with Vista alone, but the other day I installed Windows 7 only to have the same shit happen.
Does anyone have a fix for this? I've tried just about every result on the first 5 pages of Google.
Specs are:
Core i7 920
6 GB of DDR3 RAM @ 1400 MHz 9-9-9-27 timings
EVGA GTX 295
x64 Vista and now x64 Windows 7
Please help :frown:
Crashing as in black screen, or crashing as in BSOD?
Turn off multicore rendering.

I just get a "This program has stopped responding" error.

I did. Same shit.
Anyone :(
Verify game cache files, defragment and all that shit, try it.
I get the 'memory dump' error ever since the new update.
Tried verifying game cache files and all dat stuff, nothing has worked.
I might try re-installing whenever I can.
I can only tell you it's not vista/7's fault. TF2 works on both for me, even on x64.

I've gone through 10 reinstalls and two operating systems.
I'm fucking tired of this shit, prior to the update I'd never had a blue screen, not one, since the update I've had 6 randomly while playing. What the fuck, Valve.
The Eyelander is haunting in your system.

Heads heads heads heads...
I've been getting crashes during map loads since the update.
Annoying as fuck, and I have to Alt+Tab back to Windows to see the error message and close down the game.
