I know these are dumb and I don't even have to watch them.
you're right on the point of sharking, but it's against tf2outpost rules. So deal with it

he didn't shark and they are trying to enforce a rule which isn't in the game.

Don't use a website if you don't like the rules. It's that simple
They ban for sharking, but they haven't banned the one sharking the burning beak for 30 keys.

It was 20 keys. And seller clearly wrote "Selling for 20 keys", so it seems like it was "fair" deal, because both sides got what they wanted.

that technically wasn't a shark as there was no manipulation involved. The person just payed the price the seller stated. It was kind of dickish but it wasn't sharking.

Sharking is where the both sides get what they want, but one doesn't get a fair deal. (For example, a hat for a scrap, where the other party doesn't realise it's worth more than a scrap)
You're thinking of scamming, where one side doesn't get what they wanted.
v. sharked, shark·ing, sharks
v.tr. Archaic
To obtain by deceitful means.
v.intr.
To practice or live by fraud and trickery.
Sharking requires that the predatory trader using some form of lying in order to make the trade come to fruition, it could be by purposefully lying about the value of any of the items in the trade.
Passively not saying anything about a seller undervaluing their item is not sharking, by definition. It's still preying on an unaware party, but it's not sharking.
You want people to take you seriously?
Try not sounding ass-pained and calling folk "Faggots" and "Retarded"
Oh boy, more conspiracy crap?

sharking is when you tell someone a incorrect price to get a item cheaper
your just a idiot other wise everyone on tf2outpost would be banned as they offer 1 ref for 3 ref hats

There's a huge difference between sharking and lowballing.
I want to see these so called rules of the game that you ever so happen to mention, because I don't recall Valve ever making an official set of rules for trading, it was pretty much left up to the community to setup by themselves in the first place.
This is just typical behaviour of pulling shit out of your ass to try and backpeddle on actions that have affected you badly. And of course that person would say he wouldn't want to trade the hat back, because to him, its a new hat, its like swapping lunches at school with a new kid because his meal looks fancier than yours. He would quickly learn to regret his choice later on once he learnt the value of items and he was probably confused anyway, like most new traders happen to be.
What the hell.
This guy has a group with like 300 members in it
Can any idiot get fans these days?

Scamming is a kick reason
Also do you not even realise how backpack.tf's process fucking works? It isn't "i get to set any price I want", it's "I've looked at market trends, and this is what people seem to be trading the item for at the time, so here's a suggested value". People posting suggestions without proof are not accepted. Also votes don't mean as much, because in the end an admin decides whether the price goes through or not. Please fucking educate yourself before you go spewing nonsense about shit you don't even know anything about.
