Ok, today after i went on this crappy server with some weird source mod (it wasn't an achievement server it was running 2fort), and my stats got boosted (apparently my most kills with medic in a single life is 7452) so i was like fuck this and reseted all my stats. Now all my achievements are messed up, you can see the icon, you can see your progress but you cant see the name and its description and u cant unlock more... is there a way to fix this???

It can only give you problems for finding out what ones you haven't got yet.
The achievement packs that ended up like this were Spy, Sniper, Soldier, Demoman and Halloween special
everything else was ok. Things I tried: restarting tf2, restarting steam and vertify integrity of game cache
Tried reinstalling tf2? First use steam backup, uninstall tf2 then use steam backup to install it again.
nope reinstalling doesnt work
