I've been trying to get my last few Soldier achievements for the bugle, and I've run into something weird. Some of them just plain don't work.
The two in particular that I know definitely aren't working, at least for me, are Ain't Got Time to Bleed (kill 3 players with the Equalizer in a single life without being healed) and Near Death Experience (kill 20 enemies with your Equalizer while you have less than 25 health). I pulled off Ain't Got Time to Bleed successfully several times, but the achievement never registered; likewise, I got a number of Equalizer kills with less than 25 HP but never got any credit. However, I know that there wasn't anything wrong with the server, since I successfully unlocked a different achievement.
I also seem to be having trouble with Screamin' Eagle (kill 20 players from above), but I think that's because you have to rocket jump. I'm also having trouble getting points towards Medals of Honor (Finish a round as an MVP 10 times), which is weird since I already have a couple registered.
Is anybody else having trouble with achievement detection, or is there some kind of trick I don't know about?
None of the equalizers (as far as i know) work for anyone

I'm getting points for screaming eagles just for being on higher ground. You don't need to rocket jump for that one.
