For some reason I didn't get any of the following advanced multiplayer options, and I just noticed a few day ago.

[B]Added new options to the Multiplayer->Advanced dialog:[/b]
[b]Combat text, which displays damage amounts you do to enemies.[/b]
[b]Medic auto caller, which automatically shows you nearby friends at low health.[/b]
[b]Heal target marker, which better highlights the target your medigun is locked onto.[/b]
[b]Alternative Spy disguise menu, which lets you choose disguises using just the 1-3 keys.[/b]\
I've tried deleting local content and then reinstalled so it just kind of updated I guess I have no clue, but all I know is that didn't help.
So is there anyone that is having similar problems or can give me any tips on what to do? Because I've be searching for a solution everywhere and can't seem to find one

I don't know why people are marking you dumb.
Have you tried scrolling in the little window that comes up when you hit advanced in the multiplayer options tab?

Yeah, I don't know either. But yeah I go to the advanced multiplayer options menu, then when I scroll down to the bottom of the list the last option there is, is to check is the "Disable weather effects" option.
I'm clueless :(
I don't know if I should uninstall steam and start all over, because if that doesn't work I'm gonna be REAL pissed spending all that time re-installing and it doesn't work. But if I don't get any solutions soon, I guess I'm not gonna have any other choice.

Re-installing steam and TF2 now.
