Formats:
6v6 or 6s is 6 players per team on 5CP, and KOTH. Standard format is 2 scouts, 2 soldiers, 1 demo, 1 medic.
Highlander or HL is 9v9, one of each class.
4v4 or 4s is 4 classes.
Does anyone have tips on how to improve my Scout v Scout DM? I find there are around 3 types of scouts I deal with:
Stop-shoot-stutterstep scouts that stay midrange, aggressive wiggle ADADA scouts, and wide strafe scouts.

Scouts usually are your last targets imo. Scout's main priority is to deny Soldiers and Demos from getting to a good defensive spot at mid point and if you find room target the Medic.
You can go ham on a Scout if you think you'll win, but enemy Scouts aren't what you should be focusing.

Probably should have mentioned I'm talking about 6v6, but I imagine same goes for Highlander.
You should always keep your eye out for Scouts but don't put them as your main target as a Scout yourself.
Here's a funny little satire article about matchmaking and pass ball: http://esportsexpress.com/2015/08/tf2-fans-excited-for-yet-another-feature-that-isnt-matchmaking/

mge_ servers work well for that purpose

oh i mge a lot now mate, thats how i managed to list the types of scouts i see.
I'm usually good against the wide strafers and ADADA wigglers, but its usually the stop-shoot-strafe-stutter-step ones I have a hard time dealing with because those are usually the ones with good aim. You'd be surprised how someone just standing still can fuck with your aim on monumental levels
