Hairy Chest Manlyness-Saxton yells in anguish and shows any enemy nearby his hairy chest and does 50 damage, can only be used once a life.
Fists-Everyone knows a man when they see him charging after them with his fists out, does a random amount of damage, depending opon the enemy's class.

Running speed- Saxton Hale doesn't need to run, he's always where he needs to be.
Weapons: His bare hands.
Instantly wins the round and kills all players on the enemy team, people on his team get all the hats (including the exclusive ones).

The concept is good, the execution/ thoughts are buncha bullshit.
Saxton Hale isn't a pussy with 250 health. His constant aura of badassness dissolves bullets, puts out fire, emits a health regaining aura, and burns any projectile that isn't bullets (because they already dissolve)
His speed equals the medic, but his punch equals the train.
