Well, naming specifics would result in thousands of ip's for people to copy down, so I'll put what I look for in a server.

I believe a good server needs a ratio of 3 offical maps to 1 unoffical map, and no silly addons.
Extra time and extra players no thanks.

SourceOP 2fort, Slaughterhouse servers are the best, voogru dodgeball is very fun as well. There are a few more, but these are my main ones.

During waiting for players on a map change friendly fire is on for a bit to teamkill while everyone else loads.
