Seeing as though Christmas can be interpreted as a "Happy Holidays" or basically an update celebrating multiple holidays for all descents and origins, and Easter is mainly a Christian holiday, meaning that an Easter Holiday won't appeal to everyone. I'm guessing not, but you never know Valve.
