You can feel the effort.
A lot of these are pretty damn bad. There are some with awesome story/concepts but lacking animation which detracts from the film as a whole for me. That's not to say there aren't gems out there, though.

Saxxies really hit its peak at 2013. Now we're on the decline. The new 3 minute rule didn't help either.

It's a shame he didn't get to finish it. Dunkle is one of the best SFM animators out there, dare I say better than Winglet.

I was going through the comments and Dunkle said the original concept had all 9 classes but would be 15 minutes long. Said he still planned on making it.

Part of the not-finished aspect. He ran out of time and basically tossed enough missing bits together to finish it in a couple days.
I appreciate the effort put into these videos, but I find it tiresome to hear the same sounds and voice lines over and over.

Depends on the use imo. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's lazy.
