Get better.
Does HL2.exe crash when you activate your dead ringer?
Also, What servers are you playing on?
You've activated Team Fortress 2:Trading Mode.
The only way to keep the game from crashing is to buy a key every hour.
Hop to it mate.
No but seriously, its happened to me before.
Either problem fixed itself or I did something that I can't remember.

NomNomNom.us
and no, it doesn't crash after I pull out DR, it crashes if I actually die

As the first non ass response here. (Well, maybe the second.)
Did you try lowering your direct x/video settings?
Maybe you enabled Steam Cloud setting in TF2, it causes crashes after you. Cuz 1 day i enabled all settings and it was crashing every time i die, finally solution was Steam Cloud setting in TF2.

My nVidia geForce 9500
is pretty good, at running AvP/Cod4
so i dont have to lower settings
Try deleting the TF2 folder and verifiying the Game cache.

I will do that
don't delete your folder. Try deleting your hud first (assuming you have a custom one)

Deleting the folder worked

mods lock thread now pls
Deleting the TF2 folder is a joke with Steam Cloud.
I had to fight hard to force disable steam cloud from synching TF2 because it was synching with my old PC"s settings and it kept somehow disabling my audio.
It's motivation built into the game, to make you die less frequently.
don't fucking die!
but seriously maybe its some generic bullshit bug
also get rid of any unnecessary shit HUD's and just check "Minimalized HUD" in game options, then uncheck damage indicator-bling-sound and automated reloading and you got yourself TF2 at it's best, assuming you are running it maxed out graphics too.
