Ideas for minigames:
Simon Says: Everyone has to do the same weapon taunt as someone else as engineer (Dance, Pistol twirl or Laugh)
Backstab someone
Heal someone!
Head toss: Numbers appear on screen at different positions. You have to look at them in order.

Look at one, then 2, then 3 and 4 and 5.
