I found out my unusual Noh Mercy is not the only one on the market anymore. Also is it confirmed they can no longer be unboxed or is that just a trading rumor?

Something like that.
Series 25 or less contain a higher chance at the older effects. Most of the time I see people on TF2-T unbox they do those crate series. All getting old effects.
So, yeah. Valve being lazy forgot to add the original effects to the crate drop :v:
