Some textures are different or missing on my main account, not on my alt.

So I play on the map achievement_apg_remade9j very often. I made an alternate account and I noticed that there was a sign in the map

And I also noticed on my main account that there was no sign that said battlements.

I don't have screenshots, but I also noticed I was missing the calneder with the lady on it, and some sand was instead cobble on my alternate account. Why is this, and can it be fixed?
This TF2 on my main was installed a while ago, and TF2 was installed on my alt today. Any help will be accepted.

Verify the cache and see if something was missing on your main account?
Be sure to have your mods backed up just in case.
