I recently tried to download Achievement_scout_turbo off Fps Banana but when I tried to open the file it said i had nothing to open the file with. I tried Utorrent but it said the file was not a valid torrent. Anyone know what to do? (The file type was RAR)

You fucked shit up before knowing what you were doing. That's what you get.
Just go on a server hosting the map file and download it, it should work.
