What the title says basically. Servers which allow micspam (as in music, not 10 minutes of Bill Nye) and are semi-decent in terms of community. It should also support the old audio codec thing since the new one doesn't support files at 11025 hz (although that should be a given for any good micspam server).
The only two servers I ever knew are nowhere to be seen. Help a guy out folks.

Try the server with MARIO_KART V5, I regular there. (It's the only one with V5, hard to miss.) I can't remember the name off my head.
It's a bad server.
