Who would want to join on TF2 community and help with ideas

Hi guys,
We are preparing TF2 community.This community pricinple will be TF2 servers with daily prizes.In every server , every day will be prizes , and for instance top3 or maybe top5 players will get prizes every day.It would be hats , good guns , even keys.And every day - in every server.
But I very need much more people opinions, how website should look like , and other things.If anyone could join on this commynity and help me - it would be great.
Even I could pay for people who will work on my team and will tell me good ideas , who would help me a lot.
