As seen in above clip, Brock was tackled by the crocodile and wrestled him before he killed it with his knife.
Saxton as seen on the t-shirt would simply extend his arm without even flexing and the spine of said crocodile would be in his hands, and the crocodile thoroughly dead.
He would do this bare-chested without the assistance of any weapon but the weapon that is himself.
With that being said, I do also believe that Mr.Hale would not run into a situation like the GIF given simply because in Australia, they have flying cars already, and if we know anything, Mr.Hale will generate gravity from his chest hairs, and the cars will crash into his iron hard chest. But if he needs to save someone, I am sure he'd just grab the car, and shake the villain out. Or, he'd yell, and the car would scare itself into submission.
