yes i am well aware of this, however i always look forward to new gameplay items i.e. new weapons that are passed beta, tested, nice and finished weapons or stats

Well it takes more that a day to get weapons from beta to full game. Valve is pretty much going to do this with every new weapon now, run through beta then release.
