I really, REALLY need help getting a server working

I can't figure it out for the life of me. I rented a 10-person private server at my.gameservers.com. I can't seem to connect to it though. Attempting to connect via console just returns a "bad password" prompt. I tried adding it to favorites manually, and I can see it on the "find games at this address" list, but clicking it or adding it to my favorite list doesn't do anything at all.
Not only that, but the server doesn't seem to have replay enabled, which is quite important.
It'd be really great if someone could help me get it running, seeing as I have about 6 hours to. A few very close friends and I have a game planned for this afternoon and I decided to rent a private server for the occasion.
The IP is 63.215.74.4:27015 and the join pass is asdfghjkl
What do I do, guys? I have no experience with this.
Edit: I am now offering a free Blighted Beak to whoever best helps me get this whole thing running
Edit 2: Got on the server! Now just have to figure out how to enable replay...
Beak is still up for grabs if you wanna help me get replay running :U

I tried to fill this all out and set it up on my server's config but it only served to take the server offline completely
Couldn't even figure what to put for replay_local_fileserver_path

That is a web host, you need a game server host. Web servers cant run game servers. Unless you get a vps

-First you must have your console enabled in game.
-To enable console go Options > Keyboard > Advanced > Enable developers console
-Use the ~ key to open console
-record [demoname] - Starts recording a demo of the current gameplay under the specified filename. The demo will be saved as demoname.dem in the \Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\[username]\[game name]\[game name]\ directory along with all its associated files.
stop - Stops recording the current demo.
demoui or SHIFT + F2 - Opens a small demo user interface which looks like a media player, but makes the opening and playing of demos much easier, including the ability to FF, REW and skip to specific points in the demo. You can use demoui2 to open the advanced demo user interface.
playdemo [demoname] - Plays back a pre-recorded demo of name demoname.dem.
stopdemo - Stops playback of the currently playing demo.
demopause - Pauses playback of the currently playing demo.
demoresume - Resumes playback of the currently paused demo.
listdemo [demoname] - Provides details of the specified demo file.
demo_recordcommands [0,1] - If set to 1, records any commands typed at the console into demo files.
startmovie - Starts recording movie frames, stored in the \Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\[username]\[game name]\[game name]\ directory as .tga files.
endmovie - Stops recording movie frames.
Thats how to record demos, so you know :buddy:

Enabling replay on my my.gameservers.com server
Last time I checked, replays don't support FTP yet. You have to have an http server to download from.

Yeap, only HTTP is supported as of now. Sorry mate.

if you have full access to it, sure. Just download the source multiplayer server tool.
You can use a server of someone I know.
