New games suck, reccomend some old RPG's/adventure games

Title says it all, I've gotten sick of Battlefield, Call Of Duty, Just Cause and all that other boring crap, and I'm in the mood to play some good ol' point 'n click and role-playing games from the 90s/early 2000s. Any suggestions? I've already played through a fair bit of them, but there might be some cult classic I missed out on, or simply something that I could replay.
Oregon Trail :downs:
Fallout?
Runescape.
Terranigma for SNES? If you're from US you probably never even heard of it since it was Pal-exclusive (you got chrono trigger instead)

He said he was bored with Just Cause. If that is the case, RuneScape would melt his eyes.

I played through the 2nd one, but never bothered with the 1st one.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Woah, Woah, Woah, Woah.
What.
I assume you've played Myst?
How can you be bored of Just Cause? It came out yesterday.
Not to mention that if you don't find Just Cause entertaining then I don't quite think you know what fun is.
Pacman.
He probably has ADHD or is on drugs because new games rock. Have you played ME2? I still play it since release.

Shit blows up.
Then shit blows up some more.
It gets old fast.

I never liked the looks of it, I'm more of a fan of old LucasArts adventures like Sam & Max and Day Of The Tentacle.
That said, Imma get the first three Fallout games(Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics) and Blade Runner. Any more suggestions?
Uhm did you play the secret of monkey island?
Broken Sword 1 & 2 (the following two are rubbish)
Beneath a Steel Sky
Lure of the Temptress
Planescape: Torment
Motherfucking Chrono Trigger. DO IT.
All pokémon games

Yeah there must be something wrong if his opinion different to yours :downs:
It isn't old, but it's a pretty good point'n'click if you haven't tried it yet.
The Chzo Mythos: http://www.fullyramblomatic.com/games.htm
Also, have you tried Neverwinter Nights?
SNIP
Nevermind me I'm retarded.

Oh look, it's GameFAQs. Quit being closeminded.
Heavy Rain.
It came out a month ago, but it's very different from the stream of 'modern warfare' shooters you are talking about.
It's like a interactive drama.
Anachranox?
If you have ovaries and a PSone, you might enjoy Lunar 1 & 2.
Septerra Core. Never finished that one. Maybe I'll go back and do that now.

Try this classic styled game.
Awesome suggestions, there are some games I played, but there's also plenty I missed out on.

I remember playing the demo of Anachronox when I was a kid, loved it. Thanks for reminding me of it.

No, I didn't say his opinion is unacceptable, I was merely exaggerating. Ever heard of it? Plus I submitted a game in my post. No harm done until you had to make remark.:buddy:
