Ok. So whats better. I think the Nintendo DS is better but my friend thinks that the PSP is better and keeps calling the Nintedo DS gay, so what do you think is better?
I like nds better because of my flash card that allows me to watch movies and stuff.
If I didnt have that I would vote psp

Cool but how comes i've never seen that before?
DS. The DS has more of a variety of fun games which makes it better in my opinion. I don't care about all the extras that a PSP can do.

I don't know dude, it's been in development for like 2+ years now.
Anyways, I have two PSP's (Phat and Slim with CFW) and one DS (w/ flashcart), and I prefer my DS .

CFW? Is that Custom Firmware?
OMG that is awesome, I want one now.
DUAL SD CARDS?
thats like 64 gigs.
yea its custom firm ware.
Its much easier to convert videos to watch on my ds, and dual screens allow 2 people to watch at once, psp has a lot more lag aswell.
I looked at the website for that thing and it says you can purchase for 330$ if you email the guy.

Yes
I love my DS. I'd choose it over a PSP any day. New Super Mario Bros., my old Yoshi's Island for the GBA, Super Mario 64 DS, it's just got so many good games.
DS.
the DS is hands down the better handheld, coming from an owner of both.
DS!
I wish the DS had PSP sized screens... And PSPish grapics.
I prefer the PSP because it has more of the game I want,
while the Nintendo DS has Mario and mini-games, which I'm not too fond of.
DS!
You can't compare the two, they are equally as good as eachother.
I prefer my DS although the only games I really like are GTA: Chinatown Wars and Scribblenauts.
I think in terms of modding and homebrew, the PSP has a more involved method.
And that it's a portable media player gives it a huge thumbs up in my opinion.
The majority of titles are for a more matured audience than the DS.
I like both, I don't play a lot on them but the PSP has Metal Gear and some good platformers, DS has Pokemon and mind puzzles. Though I have to play on my sisters DS if I want to play and it's pink. :barf:
ds
the only psp games i ever got and liked were the GTA's, but the psp's uncomfortable-to-use analogue stick made it a chore to play
the ds has a fuckload of games, and quite a few good ones. also most of the games are more casually-oriented, which i think is better for a handheld console which you'll whip out for like 10-15 mins while you wait for something
edit:
DS, it has pokemon.
DS, it has pokemon.

Shit was so cash.
I like my PSP. My DS fell into a sea of dust when I bought it.
Your mostly going to get people saying DS because everyone is hyped up about the new pokemon release, any other time and things might be a little bit more even.
Depends on what you want to play.
Both are good at different things.
DS has things like Phoenix Wright/Final Fantasy/TWEWY/DQ.
PSP has Dissidia, God of War, FFT: WoL.
If I had to choose, I'd probably pick the DS, just.
I don't have to though so I'm happy.
I bought a DS because I like Poke'mon.
There isn't a title on PSP that makes me feel the same way.
DS.
Can't beat Mario & Pokemon.
DS:
-Touch screen
-Mic
-Cameras (DSi)
-GBA Slot (-DSi)
-Possibility of appearing to have a seizure in public
-Flashing requires 3rd party hardware ($)
PSP:
-Better graphics
-Flashing can be done for free, pending firmware version
-Large array of homebrew capabilities (N64, GBA, GB, NES, SNES, PS1 emu's)
It's 2010 and I don't like neither of them.I just wait for a new handheld console that will actually have some good hardware. But I prefer the PSP because of the homebrew.
