Getting Malkavian Mod to work with the Steam version of Deus Ex.

I've downloaded it, the map's in the files and everything's fine and dandy.
Except, I can't open the fucking console to load the map up in order to play. I've messed around with the binds, I've tried adding loads of different tags to the application, nothing. Seriously, what does it take to just open the console in this game?
say things with the talk key, you have to put in some weird cheatsenabled code before you can load it though
...fffuuuuu I forgot the cheat enabling code.
Yeah, so problem solved. If only all tech support threads were this simple, eh?
