So pretty much, me & my brother share a battle.net account and I was wondering if (on a different computer) he could be playing Diablo II on the battle.net account and me be playing World Of Warcraft on the same account at the same time?
You're not allowed to share accounts, so no.

Yeah that will be fine, i have about 8 WoW accounts hooked up to my battle.net account and i can multibox them all at the same time.
If it was SC2 and WoW at the same time I don't think it would work, but I am not sure about Diablo 2 and WoW though I don't think there would be a conflict.
Would be interesting to see what happens, the worst that would happen would be 1 of you getting kicked off when the other logs in.
Once D3 comes out you probably won't be able to be on WoW and it.

How does the real ID friend list work when you do that?
It will work. Its like WC3/Starcraft 1 where the CD-Key is in use and not the account.

I have two accounts (two different Battle.net accounts with WoW) and if someone has both accounts as RealID friends it lists your name twice in the friends list.

Ah ok, but I wonder what would happen if someone tried logging into SC2 and WoW on the same account.
Probably 1 would get kicked.
Nah I have run them at the same time- All it does is either A) For different games, Your name and the game name B) For multi's such as wow it will say John Doe 1 John Doe 2 etc.
