I remember reading on a gaming website a week ago that you could actually beat the first Zombies map in Black Ops by turning on the power or something along those lines. Can someone confirm that? Is there any way to beat it?

No, you cant. You can turn on the power, but you still get endless rounds. The power gives you more things to help to, like automatic sentries, teleporters, and electrical fields.
Yes and when you do you get Vietnamese hookers.
The whole point of zombies is to see how long you can last. this isn't l4d son.
No, the point of it is to see how long it takes you to lose. Just make sure you go down in a hail of gunfire and exploding zombies.
Turning on the power spawns a new kind of Zombie, unlocks Trap usage AND allows you to use the Teleporters - it does not however, make you win.
I've only ever made it to round 5 or so before i get over-run so i have never even been able to turn ON the power, let alone see what it gives me.
