I honestly don't know how they came up with this weird concept. You basically have to click the left mouse button to fire your 8-bit finger at your girlfriends forehead. You have a time limit so try to do it as much as you can.
What the fuck though.

But it does have the most awesome power ups in the world.

Seems like success depends on hoping you get the good powerups. 30 on first try with all shitty powerups, 97 on second try with almost all good ones.
