I've been wanting to play some kind of sandbox FPS game lately, but off hand, aside from say, GMod, Fallout 3, and GTA IV (which I have all 3) I can't personally think of any others. Does anyone know any games that I might like?

There's some good UI mods for Oblivion ( I know it's already been mentioned) that make it really immersive.
Isn't Arma2 sort of an open world sandbox game? I know you can set up your own battles and shit and walk around as a chicken and do all this stuff.
Saints Row (2)? It's basically GTA minus the most of the seriousness.

I liked this game, but the enemy AI was fucking stupid as hell. It felt like there wasn't a single friendly or neutral person outside of the little city area. Anyone who's outside that area will kill you on site.

Not if you mod the fuck out of it.
Then it becomes one of the best games ever.
Try Kaboom if you're into destruction, but I think you should go for arma 2.
I would prefer Arma 1 over Arma 2.
Arma 2 just has so many bugs...
And that Gay robot voice that you'll get a headache from.
