Sam and Max 102 minimize problem.

When i try to play Sam and Max 102 it minimizes to my desktop, and when i try -window it doesn't load.
I even click the icon but it still minimize.

Try deleting the local content and reinstalling. Only thing I can think of, never heard of anyone with this problem.
