Had this problem before then it went away.
Now it's back.

No amount of fiddling with the graphics resolves the issue, does anyone else have this "ringed" effect in the sky. The clouds are blurry too, but it's the shitty ringed sky that's really pissing me off.
Isn't this just how the WoW skybox is? I don't remember it ever being different.
Quite possibly, but I'm pretty sure it's been pretty clear before and never so obvious.

lol, that's no bug, that's just how the sky looks in the old world because blizzard didn't update the skybox.

It's a glitch of somesort, it's supposed to be perfectly smooth.

Found out what type of "glitch" it is. Blizzard doesn't dither the sky texture enough.
That or it's a shader that lacks dithering.
