Alright so I have finally decided, with the help of my monthly best buy deals voucher that it is high time to get rid of my Wii, I plan to trade it along side my games/accessories and hopefully end up with something around 300$. If not I have a addition resources I can tap, but in return I hope to be able to purchase a Xbox 360 Elite which will come with Halo 3:ODST (keeping) and Grand Torismo (going to sell that right of the bat) and with this purchase I get a 50$ gift card to best buy with which I shall use to by a copy of Modern Warfare 2 for the sale price come March 30 of 40$
That's my story, apply the title, make comments ect. I need to know if I should even go through with this in the first place, I wonder why I even got the Wii in the first place, but no dwelling on the past eh?

Anyways that seems like a good idea. The Wii is only appealing to some. I personally like playing one but do not plan on getting one to play by myself with. I do not know your preference of games which makes it hard to suggest games to, but the Halo seems to be popular still so I guess that's a good idea to keep. I don't know if you have played Modern Warfare 2 online though, its not the worst experience, but be sure to keep an eye out for people glitching and such. I haven't witnessed any glitches through my journey of playing it online, but many of my friends say it happens. That's my input so far.

Although I haven't played BC2 yet, I agree. My friends who've played it said they enjoyed it more than MW2. But of course, if money is an issue or friends are insisting that you get MW2, get that instead.

As far as the Turismo, like I said its gone when I get it, but I understand what you mean, the Wii is definitely not a system for those who want to spend at lot of time getting into games. But I have played MW2 online a fair bit (on others systems) and I have no trouble. I'm probably gonna end up getting Bioshock 2 depending on what my wallet looks like when its all said and done
Please don't waste your money on Modern Warfare 2.

I'd rather have Modern Warfare 2 for $40 then Bad Company 2 for $80. its pretty much a matter of money.
