Edge, Osmos, Anomaly and World of Goo are all really good. (all from Humble Android Bundle)
Robotek is a great game that will give you weeks of playtime. It's this great little roulette-style turn-based combat game between you and hundreds of robot "nodes" which have taken over the entire planet.
Team17 also has a wonderfully made mobile version of Worms, which is loads of fun if you can handle the space.
Dungeon Hunter 1-2 and Dead Space are both really good
