Whenever I play TFC or HL1 on Win7, I keep getting higher ping then usual. Is this a problem to you other guys?
Nope.
I don't have windows 7 but I honestly expected something like this.
If you're using a network card, make sure you install the updated drivers for it since the ones that came with Windows 7 may not be the best.

I actually had better performance in Windows 7 than I did with XP.

it's because windows 7 really isn't that great and it's overhyped and people enjoy jumping on bandwagons for example windows vista had a bad start so people generally still think it's bad although sp 1 improved this however windows 7 was always thought to be a better choice over vista due to the mass hype of it while xp users continue to use xp thinking it's the best and linux users thinking they're all cool and different and mac users being all dumb and simpleminded so yes overall windows 2000 is clearly the best and most advanced of them all having advanced capabilities like directx 6 support and 2000 is a higher number than 7 by like 20 times

Assuming you are using RC could be a bug with your wireless or lan drivers or hardware. It isn't a finished product.
use google, see if any of the solutions people are throwing about help you out.

Go into the command prompt under administrator (Right click, run as Administrator) and right click and paste.
Actually, it IS the RC, and well, it doesn't surprise me it would be drivers. Inbuilt things too, so I'm not sure where to get drivers. Packard Bell has many offers, but none for the PB .dot...
Also, everyone who says Windows7 didn't install right, doesn't work, or anything else that is negative are faggots.
Windows 7 is perfect for me. Much better than XP and Vista, and as far as I can tell, no ping increase in games.

Think about this for a second. What do network latencies have to do with operating systems? Nothing. You put any computer in the same place as yours and ping whatever IP and it'll be roughly the same.

i tried windows 7 for like 10 minutes
i yawned and then XP'd it up
So far windows 7 has been amazing for me. All my drivers work perfectly out of the box and my computer performance hasn't been affected at all.
