I have had a problem with Steam for a while.
I am not able to download anything from Steam that I haven't purchased (mods, demos, videos, not full games ofcourse) and I'm not even able to open sites that are linked in Steam.
If anyone is able to help, the help is accepted with extreme pleasure.
Have you tried reinstalling?
I downloaded the new Steam UI.
Everything runs perfectly now.
