I CANT DECIDE. Which one should i get. I love Fallout 3, and i've never played oblivion before.
If theres any other good RPG games out there tell me about them.. because i love them
(PC)
Oblivion/thread.
Oblivion
Oblivion. By far.
If you like middle age fantasy and gamebyro engine, Oblivion.
Oops -snip-
Oblivion. It's a full game with all the DLC and expansions whereas broken steel is just one piece of DLC.
i love oblivion, but in this case, i have to say F3 with BS
Yup, i'm gonna do it! I'll get Oblivion. The Game of the Year Edition comes with all expansions amirite?
It's on Steam for 19.99 is this including all expansions?

Deluxe is the one you want to get if you want all DLC.

Broken Steel.
Oblivion, will be much more fun.:buddy:
Oblivion, it's so incredibly awesome.
Changed my mind, i think oblivion isn't much to my taste.
I just cant decide which Fo3 dlc to get..
/thread
I wouldn't do it but, it's your choice.
The DLC in Fallout 3 is DREADFUL.
Awful, horrid stuff.
The DLC for Oblivion is actually quite good.
I love both games, but I played Oblivion more than any other game ever.
OBLIVION :guitar:

I find a lot of Oblivion's DLC lacking. Many of them just add a single quest and a single new location. But Shivering Isles is kickass.
Well, to help you out a bit.
When I had only 800ms points and had to decided between the various DLC, I went straight for Broken Steel.
For the soul reason that it enabled me to continue the game past the last quest. I saw Broken Steel as not only DLC but as a game-fix for Bethesda's terrible mistake.
I actually hated SI, it made me stop playing the game.
They should have made more Dark Brotherhood quests as a DLC :argh: it was so obvious :argh:

Also if you're getting Fallout 3 for the PC, :filez: the DLC and buy it on a disc once it's out, as Games for Windows Live is one of the worst pieces of shit you'll ever have to encounter.
I'm sorry was that a hint at warez? D:
I'm sorry was that a hint at warez? D:
No, it was a hint at buying the game on disc as soon as you can to avoid using the piece of shit that Microsoft insist you use.

I have never in my life encountered a more poorly designed interface than GFWL.
It is the very epitome of shit.
Oblivion, hands down. It's a lot more wide open, plus with the expansions (Shivering Isles mostly), the world is even bigger. There's more customizable stuff too. This game kept me busy for 800+ hours.

Yes, I have extremely bad experience with GFWL.
That shit belongs on consoles.
WHAT were Microsoft thinking when they unleashed (that's the only word) that onto PC ?
Oh right, :20bux:

Yeah, the whole thing is just a retarded scam.
"Oh hey maybe I'll buy this DLC, oh shit, it costs 800 Micro$oft points and I only have 799. Looks like I'll have to buy another FIVE-FUCKING-HUNDRED because for some reason, Micro$soft thinks it's funny to only have points sold in some sort of retarded overpriced bulk package. Way to go MS!"
But you can buy it in increments of 400 ms points in the Zune store :downs:
Microsoft,

How so? I'm usually drawn away from medieval-styled games but Oblivion is probably the only one I really like.
Points are there so little kids can go to the store to buy points without permission from mummy.

Microsoft makes more money.
:argh:
Later this year bethesda is releasing a GOTY Fallout 3 disk with all the expansions, I would just wait for that or just get oblivion.
