classics, or just realy cool games (video/computer games- i imagine someone wants to say chess)
for example- deus ex, avp 1 and 2 (not 2010), an old medal of honour game, a cod before 3,half life, cs(s),a halo game (not odst or reach)
Fallout 1, 2 , 3, New Vegas
Minesweeper
Morrowind.
Half-life.
For RPG fans, I would say Fallout 1 and 2 for sure.

Morrowind too.
I'll post what I did in the "games you played/remember" thread, without the large pics:
Soul Reaver
Dino Crisis
Trespasser
Classic Games indeed. Well, except Trespasser, kinda, but I only recommend it because playing it gives you both a sense of what could have been had the devs had enough time and money, and it also gives you a sense as to how it impacted the gaming world (remember, this was the first game to introduce such things as physics puzzles, ragdoll physics, and HUD-less gameplay). And because despite it's failures it's still a fun game with the right mindset.

Loved it when they had 2 little free army men in the boxes. I used to play with those guys.

And braid.
Yahtzee.
Deus Ex - To see what the pinnacle of gaming looks like.
Half-Life 2 - To see how finely-crafted and immersive a linear story can be.
Portal - To see how unique storytelling methods can make a game genuinely memorable.
Far Cry 2 - To see how an open world can genuinely affect morality and immersion within games.
Modern Warfare - To play through a Michael Bay movie, albeit one with exceptional characterisation.
Monkey Island + any 90's LucasArts game - To see how you make games that are incredibly funny and have a uniquely quirky charm.
And on a personal note...
Alpha Protocol - Flawed, yes; but honestly, no other game comes anywhere close to offering the player a linear story that alters completely based on their choices. The only thing that even comes close is Heavy Rain.
Bioshock 1 & 2, Banjo Kazooie 1 & 2, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Diablo II, any Grand Theft Auto game.
Battlefield series.
Mass Effect Series.
I already consider them classics.

This.
Cave Story.
Anything that has to do with Cave Story.
Even if Cave Story has an engine, I would pick any game built on it (as long as it is good)
I've played other games. But I like Cave Story the most.

I would like to play that, but I don't have a PSP and no plans to get one.
Legend of Dragoon. One of the most underrated games of all time. I just wish it was on the PSN store, so I could experience it again. :saddowns:
