Going through some of new videos posted on IGNs youtube channel I found Cityville. The next game to be released by Zynga that plays like other 'ville' games. The following is the video preview that was posted.

I was wondering if there are games like this? Simple, addicting, and [b]most importantly[/b] not on facebook. Its not that I am against Facebook games but they tend to have stupid systems that only allow so much play before you have to wait/buy more energy. Also I do not want to invite friends to play to unlock more features and was hoping you guys new a game that played like Cityville.
I know of SimCity but it seems a little too complex. I want something that can be played pretty easy maybe a good tycoon game.

I am not saying Sim City is a lot more complex. I have just seen videos were you can get in and mess with the terrain and crap.
