Is there any way to spectate someone?

Is there anyway to spectate someone playing an Episode 2 map? Like if I were to make my own custom map, and I want to spectate that person? Is there any way at all?

Ep2 is not multiplayer,no,it's not possibile to spectate him,with hl2 dm yes (if the server is on the list,but we are not talking about hl2dm).

I think you can use either Garry's Mod or the Synergy Mod for that.
