Recovering Windows Live ID for Xbox but forgot pass and question?

I had put my LIVE profile on a USB drive which went full retard and I can't recover it. The thing is, I made my account about 5 years ago, and forgot the pass AND the answer to the security question. I've already submitted to customer support, but I'm wondering if there's a faster way.
