Couldn't allocate any server IP port

I cannot join any server in source, I also believe goldsrc(Checking). I just get an engine error "Coundn't allocate any server IP port", game also crashes to desktop. Any ideas on how to fix?

It works now, huh. I guess steam was just being retarded or something, will bump if it goes out again.
