I've been searching for this game for the last 2 years or so.
It was a stealth action game that was very violent and had lots of blood, and i'm 99% sure it was on the PS3. You played a character that I remember looking like Shan Yu

And you had an eagle / crow / some type of bird that could scope out areas ahead so you could see if enemies were there. You were able to cut off their limbs with your sword, and you also had a bow and arrow. And I do believe there were stealth kills.
Last I remember there were 2 games in the series, maybe 3. Released in NA. Does anyone know what this game is?
Again, it was very violent, very bloody, and very fun. Lots of combos you could do too which would almost always end up with you cutting off one (or more) of their limbs.

Nevermind, after spending 2 hours looking through the wiki page of all the PS2 games, I finally found it.
