0 of my 152 friends play this game.. I still may take a look, I'm a bit strapped for cash at the moment.
I didn't log in there, but on the steam program itself it does say "you already own this" though the play now button is greyed out. Logged in to the website, hit play now, and it started downloading.
Wait, did i just get a free game? :byodood:
Wait, did i just get a free game? :byodood:
Everyone did.
Everyone did.
But why?
It's steam, who knows.
But why?
No one knows.
Sweet.
It's working amazingly, dunno why
Downloaded, but I'm not expecting it to stay in my Library for long. They'll probably fix it and it'll be out of our game libraries in not too long.
Sue Valve and claim they're stealing your games
But why?
Early Christmas gift? Wait, Valve doesn't do anything early, lol how silly of me
What is happening! I'd download this, but I've already bought and beaten it with a boxed copy. 40 hours is a lotta game for free, though, and it's excellent.
I'd download it, but I don't want to get my account disabled for exploiting the steam store oh an Wii60 beat you to it: http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1032933-King-s-Bounty-The-Legend-is-somehow-free-for-everyone-on-steam
So do I click add to cart? Or have I missed out :smith:
I'm downloading it. I'm not exploiting the store, I'm getting a game they are offering for free. Disable my account all they want, I'll call them up and bitch at them and call Gabe fat.
So do I click add to cart? Or have I missed out :smith:
Log onto steam, it should say you already own it on the steam page.
looks like shit + it would take me like 10 hours to download it so no thanks
looks like shit + it would take me like 10 hours to download it so no thanks
your internet must be pretty shit its gonna take 2 hours for me [editline]1st December 2010[/editline] if they disable accounts for this i'll just pay the 15 bucks plus 5

I dont see it on my steam library.
I don't want to get my account disabled, I clicked it to find out if it worked, and it did. I didn't install it or launch it and I deleted all the local content from my computer. Sure, I'm paranoid, but better safe than sorry.

Dear god.
for all anyone could know it could be a free weekend
I click play now but it only takes me back to the store page
someone got this message:
This game is no longer available for free.
perhaps it was a limited offer for a number of people to get it for free?
I'll find out if my free copy works when it's done downloading in a couple minutes. [editline]1st December 2010[/editline] Gay ass fuck. I spent all that time/bandwidth downloading and it's not going to let me play. Steam you guys suck.
Yep. Tried to run it. "This game is no longer available for free." Then it now sits in my Library with a purchase button, just taking up space; and redirects me to the store page.
