Im looking for some games that are more about survive, that don't really have a main story line.
EX A zombie apocalypse and you have to fight off zombies while getting supplys type game.
It doesn't have to be like that exactly, as long as its based more on survival.
stranded 2

Gah forgot the name but there's a flashbased zombie game where you're in this city that has a safezone, you travel outside the safezone to salvage stuff.
It's multiplayer too.

Stranded as BlueSaint said, but there's no zombies in it. But it has awesome survival stuffs
Notrium. You crash on this alien planet and have to survive. There are 3 different races. You can build you own weapons, some kind of bike, turrets and more. If I remember right you had to eat and drink too.
It's freeware, just google it.

Dead frontier?
There aren't many games like this. Dead Frontier is boring, Dead Rising is more arcade, Killing Floor is sometimes really survival and hard I think it's the best.
Disaster Report for the PS2 was a great "survival" game.
Very linear, but fun to be facing a non-sentient enemy. Basically you play as a reporter who was on his way to this new man-made island for some reason (I forget). Anyway, there was a whole city full of people living there...but disaster strikes as you are on the train, on the bridge to the island. Massive earthquakes occur and you have to navigate through obstacles and avoid dangers. There are plenty of great scenes...like the very first thing that happens is that the train you wake up on (alone) falls off the bridge an instant after you jump out of it.
Artistically it is like anime, but it is a fun game with lots of fast paced action.
