Yup, yesterday I got my hands on two copies of Metro 2033 for free, had 10 dollars of credit on amazon digital download.
Shit, I'd kill for Red Faction: Guerilla. That's probably the best game out of all of them, you guys need to play it.
I second Agoat. Guerrilla is a gem. But not Armageddon.
So is Saints Row 2. I don't know about the PC version but I loved that game.
Can these be activated on steam?

Just read the system requirements on the pages, and it will tell you if it requires Steam or not.
Everyone get Red Faction Guerilla, that game is stupidly fun.
A good portion of these games can be activated on Steam, however, not all of them can.
If the game is Steamworks, then it definitely will activate on Steam. Games such as Metro 2033, Saints Row The Third, Warhammer 40k Space Marine, etc.
As Delta616 said, just read the system requirements on the product page and it should notify you if a Steam account is required.
Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance is a Steamworks title as well oddly enough and it will give you the first game too, good deal if interested.
Is it US only?
Buy Metro 2033
Metro 2033, STALKER, and Red Faction: Guerrilla are all incredible games. Buy them now.
How does the direct download work? Does it use steam?
MX vs ATV: Reflex is great if you like off-road racing games
Just wanted to recommend something different

I remember fucking around in the bi-plane all the time in the original MX vs. ATV, so much fun as a kid.

If you purchase a game from Amazon, and it is a game with a key that can be activated on Steam, then when Amazon prompts, choose not to download and view the key.
Activate the key on Steam, and then have Steam download the game.
The Amazon Game Downloader is absolutely horrible, and is a waste of time since Steam works just perfectly for downloading.

So, since spess mehreen is on steam i can buy a key and activate it? And this works for me even though I'm in EU?
Yes, Space Marine uses Steamworks. On about region restrictions, I'm from Singapore and I've bought one or two games from Amazon US and have successfully redeemed them on Steam

Alright, thanks.
Is it so hard to look for... "Additional Information Steam client required for installation." On the page?
After YEARS, I finally caved and bought Red Faction: Guerrilla.
So far am satisfied with my purchase however I hate GFWL. Even more than Origin.
Well this is soul destroying; US only :(
Don't suppose anyone's willing to trade something for Space Marine? I could buy a game of the same value on steam or something else off amazon?
Just put in any US address. For example, I use Valve's
PO BOX 1688
Bellevue, WA 98009
But then I'd be breaking tax codes, etc. Normally I have no issues with breaking the law on the internet but I'm a bit more weary of breaking those.
Everyone is saying Red Faction Guerrilla is great. I just realized I have it from the THQ bundle I bought a few YEARS ago but I never played it.
Guess I should start installing :v:
Amazon has changed the THQ week into a Spring sale. Games like The Darkness 2 (being sold for $12.49) were added.

I like how upon trying to install RF:A, I get the unfixable "Couldn't connect to the steam network" error when I try to sign in.
Shit.

I just tried buying it to no avail.
