Worlds Most Goriest Video Games - Games

God of War 3 i spent literally 10 minutes just hitting the O button on the last fight. TEN MINUTES.

House of the Dead

Killing Floor is pretty gory, although nowhere near as bad as some of the things posted here.

RF Online

Original Fallout is a very gory game. You can kill children, or anything you want.

Dwarf Fortress, unless you mean VISUAL gore. Then almost all other modern games that have blood beat it.

I've played the shit out of Postal 2. I have taken it and made that game my bitch. In the modded version, A Week in Paradise, which is recognized by Postal's devs (RWS) as being generally better, there's a super hard mode where everyone has super weapons and shoots you on sight. I beat it without cheats, and here are my final stats. (It would say that I used cheats if I used them.) That's how over the top it is.

While not on the same level as Soldier Of Fortune or most of the other stuff listed, Fallout 3 can be pretty gory. Heads fly off spraying blood around while the victim has a "why?" or "aww fuck....." look on their face under the right conditions. And lets not forget the resulting shower from a successful Bloody Mess kill. Granted people know about Fallout 3, but when I started typing this up it wasn't listed.
