Are there any games with good Naval combat? So far I have Supreme commander but that's boring Naval combat
Supreme Commander: Broken Navy Edition :smug: Try Red Alert 3 or Forged Alliance. The naval combat in FA is much better.
I know but I got bored of having 50+ of 3 units
If you can look past the difficulty and the 2d graphics, Larry Bond's Harpoon games offer very realistic and in-depth modern naval combat. Fleet Command is of the same vein but has 3d graphics and a simpler combat system. Dangerous Waters is good if you want to control a modern nuclear attack sub, but it's even more complex than Harpoon. If you want a simpler and more shooting type of game, the two Battlestations games are your best bet. There's also Navy Field, but depending on your patience it can get quite tedious and repetitive trying to level up.
Navy Field. Nuff said.
Although it's not really "in-depth", there's Rise and Fall: Civilizations at war. It's in classical times, and your soldiers can walk onto your ships. Then, when you see another ship, you can throw hooks over to the other ship and pull them up to yours then board them. That or if you find yourself in a T position, you could just ram them and split the ship in two. Not a bad game, but lacks some diversity. Also, you get to keep the enemy ship if you board it and win, and you can play as your civilization's hero instead of just command him.
buy forged alliance for fucks sake, it's shittons better than the originally supreme commander.
Sid Meier's Pirates!
Empire: Total War's naval combat isn't so bad.
Silent Hutner 4 is pretty good, also there's a Naval pack on steam with about 4-6 naval games, forget the name of the pack though.
None such games exist. Nearly every RTS that has tried to implement naval warfare has failed. Even Empire Total War's naval warfare is awful, it turns into a nigh uncontrollable clusterfuck. I'd say your best bet is the Age of Sails games, they're a little old now but they've got pretty realistic nautical mechanics.

You could try Destroyer Command. It uses the same engine as Silent Hunter 2, and you can play with them online. As far as I remember it was quite so realistic. I'm not sure if that is true though, seeing as I was 10 when I played it.
Age of Empires 3 had some good naval battles.
