• Half Life Constantly Freezing

Sorry if this is in the wrong section. Half Life will constantly freeze at loading points. I heard I should play in compatibility mode or DEP, whatever that is. If I'm supposed to, could someone kindly explain? [highlight](User was banned for this post ("wrong section" - Spork-Juct))[/highlight]
Why is everyones hl freezing? Myne hasn't!

So... I dunno, really.[/QUOTE] So you registered it onto steam? It would be retail if you had it physically. The retail versions are not compatible with vista or XP, Just 98. So you would need something like DOSBOX to get a proper dos prompt working in vista and run HL. DOSBOX: [url]http://www.dosbox.com/[/url]
